Starting on Monday, September 14th – Weight of the World: A Weekly Discussion and Practice Group for Building Stillness and Strength
There is SO MUCH going on in the world. In addition to the normal stress we carry around the weight of the world has piled on. We are really feeling it, which is why it is so important to settle our bodies and minds and give ourselves a break. It is also important to notice ourselves with more awareness and tenderness. You and your nervous system will thank you. We carry fear and pain around in our bodies, and we need space to take the load off for a little while. Having some mercy on ourselves and settling our bodies and minds are key ingredients for any self-care and growth practice not to mention deep world change. The outer reflects the inner, and it is important to care for our inner worlds.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the August offerings. I truly enjoyed sharing space and practicing with you all. I will continue to offer these meetings on Monday evenings at 7:30 PM EST for one hour instead of a half hour. The first half will be reserved for questions and discussion, and the second half will be for us to continue our practice together. We did this format at the last meeting (except shorter), and I received some good feedback.
If you were already receiving the zoom links for each meeting, you will continue to receive the links for these Monday meetings. I want to continue to offer these free of charge for those who do not have the funds. No questions asked. For those of you who do have the funds you can use the “Pay Now” button below to pay the optional fee of $25 each week.
