A Weekly Learning and Practice Group for Building Stillness and Strength
There is SO MUCH going on in the world. In addition to our normal stress, the weight of the world has piled on. We are really feeling it, which is why it is so important to settle our bodies and minds and give ourselves a break. It is also important to notice ourselves with more awareness and tenderness. You and your nervous system will thank you. We carry anxiety, fear, pain and more around in our bodies, and we need space to take the load off. Having some mercy on ourselves and settling our bodies and minds are key ingredients for any self-care and growth practice not to mention deep world change. The outer reflects the inner, and it is important to care for our inner worlds.
The first 40 minutes of our time together will be reserved for learning and discussion. The last 20 minutes will be for meditation. No experience with meditation is required.
Registration is required. Once you register you will receive the link by 7PM EST. Our start time is 7:30PM EST.
