Coming Home: Finding Stillness and Strength During Times of Struggle
There is SO MUCH happening in the world. Taking time to quiet the noise, hear our own voice and connect with our bodies is so important. I hope you’ll join me for this virtual class. In our time together we will unpack the current whirlwind of crisis and change. We will discuss and practice simple and effective tools for grounding and connecting with your innate wisdom. This can help us grow our strength and be more available to ourselves and each other.
Join for one workshop or all three! Each workshop is one hour, plus 15 minutes at the end for Q&A.
